Sheila is a beautiful, sweet shepherd girl! Sheila has an eye condition that requires eye drops daily and live indoors only, except to go potty of course! She gets along with everybody and all dogs.  Sheila is a calm loving dog. If you're interested in adopting Sheila please go to Angelsnpaws.com to complete an application. Her adoption fee is $300.
