Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Adopted: She got a great home with the people who adopted Amber.
My name is Paisley. I am a blonde cocker girl about 2 years old. I was found as a stray by NC Animal Control. No owner came to claim me so the shelter asked for rescue help because I am such a nice cocker. A CCR volunteer came to get me and took me to meet up with another CCR volunteer who took me to the rescue owner.
I am heartworm negative and being treated for lime/tick disease. I came here dirty, muddy and badly matted as you can see from my pictures.. The mats were just hanging off me and pulling at my skin, so it hurt and was very uncomfortable. After I came in, these nice folks took me into the rescue and actually worked with me to get some of the mats cut off before taking me to a grooming appointment. I am a nice girl, very sweet and dog friendly. When I first meet you, I am scared but after I see that you will not hurt me, I warm up nicely. My issues are being treated and I am looking forward to finding my perfect forever home. I will be a wonderful companion for someone to love, you will just need to work with me on my socialization skills and house training in a new environment. I would love to be your sweet baby girl.
My adoption fee is: $400.
