Here's what the humans have to say about me:
July 2017: Oh, this gorgeous girl! She is a gentle, graceful dog with an elegant and slender frame. We think she could be a Lab/Hound mix but whatever she is, she is 100% beautiful!
Our partner shelter uses the Meet Your Match Evaluation and Roo is Orange-Busy Bee – “I’m a naturally playful, curious and trusting canine. Take me for a big walk every day; give me something to do. After my job’s done, I’ll curl up in front of the fire with you in the evenings.”
Roo is almost 3 years old and is an enthusiastic companion on daily walks; she is housebroken and crate trained. She loves to play and once she is done, she loves to flop down on the grass and relax. She already will sit on command and is such a bright dog who will love having more attention and training.
Roo is an affectionate dog who enjoys being petted. She will sit next to you and savor some quality cuddle time. Roo enjoys the company of people of all ages and also gets along well with other dogs. She has not yet been around cats.
To learn more about Lucky Pup Rescue, please visit our website: www.luckypuprescue.org. If you have interest in any of our dogs, please fill out the application and we'll work with you to find a great match for your family: http://www.luckypuprescue.org/#!adoption-application/c1aw8.
Please note, we do not have a physical facility where our dogs are housed, they are cared for in our network of wonderful foster homes throughout New England. If you find a dog you would like to meet, our expectation is that, once approved, you will travel to meet the dog in the foster setting where they are feeling safe and loved.
