I adopted Tara in 2005 from the Mandarin Humane Society shelter when she was one year old, and she has been with me since, at age 13. She is spayed and healthy, with all shots. She is very sweet, quiet and shy and sleeps most of the time in a quiet place. She would be best in a quiet home with one or two older persons and no children or dogs, but she might be o.k. with another cat. She likes a quiet place for her litter box and feeding area, with dry food and water available all the time. She is a beautiful Siamese/Persian mix, likes to be petted and loves to be brushed, especially at bedtime, but is not a lap cat. She does not need much in the way of entertainment, just a little attention. I describe her best as a very polite kitty. If she wants to be fed, she will sit in front of her food dish until you get the message.
