Lilo's Story...
Meet Lilo, the black & white version of Grumpy Cat! Don't let that face fool you...this boy is great! He LOVES attention and will jump right onto your lap or shoulders. He is still learning that fingers aren't for play but is easily redirected to toys. He's an adventurous kid who loves to explore new things and isn't scared of much. And cmon...you have to admit that face is pretty darn cute! Lilo is also on the fluffy side and will be more of a medium hair kitty as he grows.

Lilo must be adopted into a home that already has a cat or be adopted with a buddy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilo, a Chicago Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
