Hi, I’m Troy! I’m a reverse brindle, VERY handsome Mastiff weighing about 90 lbs, born approximately 7/17/09. I was surrendered to a kill shelter by a family that said they were moving and couldn’t take their 2 mastiffs. Both dogs were not socialized, just left in a backyard and totally ignored. Considering my early years, I’ve come a long way. I have great house manners and get along well with both large and small dogs. In fact the little dogs climb all over me! I am very timid and am fearful of change and new people. I do however warm up to new people but it takes me while, especially men. Once I’m settled in, I’m fine. I am a senior but am in great health and long for my very own person or family that will love me furever. Am I furever yours?

About Hillcrest Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Hillcrest Animal Rescue is a 501c3, non-profit organization dedicated to saving as many homeless, neglected and abused animals as our resources allow. All of our rescues are placed in loving foster homes and receive thorough medical care. Each companion animal is heartworm tested and treated if positive; placed on monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention; altered and micro chipped. Every animal receives a full complement of vaccines depending on risk and immune status. Chronic pain is not acceptable with animals in our care. We will take whatever measures are necessary to ensure that all of our animals are living free of pain and disease. To summarize our belief in veterinary care, any animal at Hillcrest Rescue receives the same level of veterinary care as if she or he were the only animal we have.
