Frankie Heck's Story...
Meet Francesca "Frankie" Heck! This 2 year old, 40-lb Pointer/Aussie Shepherd mix is looking for a family of her own. She's people- and dog-friendly, but is happy to play one-one-one with you! Frankie is a gentle, loveable, smart girl, who already knows to sit when asked! When Frankie gets really excited, and wagging her tail isn't enough, her whole body begins to wiggle. This sweet girl is a total catch who we'd be happy to get stuck in The Middle with.

Frankie is is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. Email seespotrescued@gmail.com for an adoption application or download it here: http://bit.ly/SSR-APP-2017. Check out more photos on Facebook.com/seespotrescued of Frankie and our other adoptable pups!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Frankie Heck, a Jersey City Pointer/Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pointer/Australian Shepherd for sale in Jersey City, or seeking a Pointer/Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Jersey City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jersey City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jersey City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pointer/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Pointer/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jersey City paves the way for another one to be saved.
