You`ll love Frankie for her fun, curious and energetic nature. She has been handled since birth and is completely comfortable with us big people. Her eyes are a striking blue/grey. Her fur is very thick and soft. She loves to run around any chance she gets but is also happy resting in her home pen/crate. Frankie eats her hay with great enthusiasm, which keeps her healthy. And she gets excited for her greens and a limited amount of pellets every day. You can pick her up if you need to, though it`s not her favorite thing. She loves to be patted and wants you to do this at least a few times each day because she’s social and loves to receive affection.

About House Rabbit Network

About Our Shelter...

The House Rabbit Network is an organization formed with two primary purposes:
To rescue homeless rabbits and find them good indoor homes and also
to educate the public about rabbits and their care. These activities may include:
• providing foster care for discarded domestic rabbits and arranging for adoption to permanent indoor homes;

• assisting humane societies and shelters with rabbits;

• providing spay/neuter surgery and veterinary care through arrangements with area practitioners;

• rehabilitating and socializing mistreated or neglected animals;

• permanently caring for animals who cannot be placed in adoptive homes due to serious health or behavioral problems; and

• educating the public on responsible pet ownership and humane practices.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Meetings are by appointment only - please phone our adoption hotline to arrange one.

Our Adoption Process...

We only adopt to indoor homes. We ask for a donation of $75 for a single rabbit and $125 for a bonded pair. Bonded pairs cannot be split up and must be adopted together. If you are interested call our hotline at 781-431-1211 for an adoption interview. They will go over rabbit care with you.
