Drax's Story...
Drax was born 5/17/17. His mum is the last picture, we have no clue on dad. She was found as a stray and left in a high kill shelter in TX. It was not till we picked her up that we noticed she was pregnant. She had a rough time having the babies and her foster mum was there every step of the way to help. Drax will be fixed 7/27/17 and will be ready to leave after that. He has already had 1 parvo/distemper shot at 6 weeks. He will get another at 9 weeks and will be fixed and micro chipped at 10 weeks. Drax and his siblings have taken over his foster mum's office till they can leave. He has been dewormed every couple of weeks. He is a very health sweet boy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Drax, a Great Falls Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Great Falls, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy from a breeder in Great Falls.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Great Falls already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Great Falls breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Great Falls paves the way for another one to be saved.
