My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jamie is just a beautiful brown tiger cat. She is 5 years young, and she sees her whole life stretching out in front of her with a family just like yours. She is a calm and quiet little gem of a girl who had been previously declawed before she arrived here at the shelter. Jaime loves attention but can get a little over stimulated at times. She needs a cat savvy home, with a family who understands declawed cats . Because of this Jaime would like a home without small children and dogs. Older children who are familiar with cats and respectful would be ok with her. Jamie enjoys taking catnaps in the sun, and watching the birds as they play outside the window. If you have room in your heart and home for a sweetheart like Jamie, then please come into the shelter soon to meet her. When you arrive, please ask for her by name--Jamie can't wait to visit with you!

The adoption fee for adult cats includes the following: spay or neuter and procedure; 1 year Rabies vaccination; distemper vaccination, microchip; and combo test of FIV (feline AIDS) and FeLV (feline leukemia). Other medical care provided might include treatments for fleas, ear mites, dental work or infections or other medical conditions. Additional kitten vaccinations will be the responsibility of the owner.
