Selma's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Selma's Story...
Meet Selma, she is about 7 mos old and a Russian Blue mix/oriental breed mix (not purebred). She and her kittens were rescued from under someones porch. She likes being pet but is shy and wary of loud noised and fast movements at the moment. She is in a foster home now, getting a lot of TLC. Being she is shy, going to a home with small children is not a good idea at this time.

She is already spayed and ready to go right home with an approved adopter. The adoption fee for this cat is 130.00 which includes Spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, and testing for felv/fiv.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Selma, a East Brunswick Russian Blue cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Russian Blue for sale in East Brunswick, or seeking a Russian Blue cat from a breeder in East Brunswick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in East Brunswick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a East Brunswick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Russian Blue breeders who help with Russian Blue rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in East Brunswick paves the way for another one to be saved.
