Florence is a stunning black female with unusual blue merle markings. She is between approximately 3 years old, and was surrendered to a shelter in Oklahoma along with Marion and her sister Carmelita when their owner was no longer able to take care of them. The shelter named her after the track star Florence Joyner.Florence is being treated for Ehrlichia Canis. She has not yet been tested with cats or other small animals.

UPDATE 6/23/2017

Florence has completed her treatment for Ehrlichia Canis, has a negative PCR test (Polymerase Chain Reaction), and has finished all her medical procedures. This sweet girl is ready to find her forever home.
