My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MEET SWEET...Orange Julius Caesar Salad Dressing On The Side!

This kitty is a dreamsicle! Julius is an easy going, good-natured 15 pound BIG BOY who loves people! He was abandoned in a residential neighborhood and for 6 weeks, he hung out on porches, backyards and followed people begging for food and attention. One day a Rescue Train Volunteer was out walking her dogs and his luck changed. That was the day he got a one way ticket to love and safety on The Rescue Train. Next stop, a FURever home!

His foster mom has had 14 cats adopted out and she says "He's the best cat I've ever had!". He's currently lives with 3 small dogs and co-exists quite nicely. In fact he's starting to think he's one of the pack. He has learned to come when called, can high five for a cookie and learning how to sit (not kidding).

Julius LOVES lounging in his cat tree, playing with his toys or just looking out the window.

Julius is 7 years old (as of 2019), is neutered, micro-chipped and litter box trained. He is FIV positive but healthy and expected to live a normal, long life. Our rescue and veterinarians partners have a lot of useful information to share about this condition with any potential adopter who want to learn more.

You want a sweet cat who's also good for you? Julius is your guy!
