Three years ago I fell in love with this brown eyed cutie at the animal shelter. I was single, had no other pets, and just wanted a companion to pal around with me. One day, I horrified to discover that my roommate locked her in the backyard while I was still asleep and with no supervision, she dug a hole under the fence and ran away. I checked every day with the animal shelter and after a few weeks I figured she was gone. Not long after, I had a baby, got 2 cats, and downsized to an apartment. About a week ago, I got a call from the animal shelter that someone brought her in! I couldn't believe she was still alive. She clearly has been on the streets for a while. She is about 10-15 lbs underweight. Other than than, she appears healthy. We really can't keep her here. Our landlord only allows cats and we have another baby on the way. Please consider adopting my sweetheart. She loves people. She is wary with other dogs but can warm up if you give her time. Not great with cats.
