Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sylis is only 4 years old but his young life had been a sad one so far. At only 5 weeks old, he was left in a box and dumped at the doorsteps of a veterinarian clinic. The kind veterinarian took him in. Sylis quickly bonded with her daughter. They were inseparable. The daughter later had to go away due to some trouble. Sylis was sad and confused. He then grew attached to the veterinarian. She too, had to go away for the same trouble. When she left, Sylis and his sister were left in a room by themselves with only food and water. They were let out for breaks only once a day. They lived like this for 8 months. Sylis is bonded with his sister. When she found a home with a family friend, Sylis was once again, left feeling abandoned.
Due to this abandonment, you could see the sadness, confusion and loneliness in Sylis’ eyes. Sylis wants to belong. He wants to love and be loved. He longs for a family of his own where he could be assured he would never be abandoned again. Sylis is a smart and gentle soul. He loves to be with people and is eager to please. He loves attention. He is social and smiles a lot when he is petted or scratched on the butt. He is a huge fan of toys – chew toys, squeaky toys, rope toys, you name it. Sylis is also quite vocal. He talks to you regularly as he walks around the house or when he is excited. Despite his sad past, Sylis is always happy when he is with you. He loves to cuddle and is content just being beside you. Do you have room in your heart for this amazing, unassuming boy?
