Ethan's Story...
This pup will fostered in VA until adopted. Once adopted we can transport the pup to any of our north eastern locations.

This pup was born 5-11-17 to a beautiful brintle boxer. The dad was a shepherd mix of some sort. To me he looked predominantly german shep. He was a handsome fellow. The pups were surrendered to us by a lady in our community that needed help. The pups have been socialized since birth and are very sweet and loving. The pups has been started in crate training and potty training.

The pup will go to the new home current on vaccines, deworming, flea prevention and microchipped. The pup will receive a physical and a certificate of health from our vet before going home. The adopter will receive health records with adoption.

We require a prescreen application to apply. You can get that on our main website at www.saveamuttkennel.info

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ethan, a Burlington Boxer/German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Burlington, or seeking a Boxer/German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Burlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Burlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Burlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Boxer/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Burlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
