Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DOB 6/1/2016. Meet Pita...this curious girl earned her name by climbing inside a pita chip bag at her fosters home. Pita is lovey, friendly, independent when she wants to be and figuring life out as an amputee. This sweet girl came to us with a bad leg, after seeing the veterinarian and consulting with a specialist it was best to remove her leg. She is doing great and has healed up very well, you will now find her in the front lobby stretching or napping. Pita is good with other cats if they give her some space to settle in, we are not sure about dogs as life as already been dramatic and we do not wish to add to her stress. Please ask staff for further information when you stop in for a visit. Make sure you let us know you saw Pita on Adopt-a-pet.
