My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

One of the "Disney Royalty" Litter. Ariel is the only long-haired pup from her litter, and because of her personality perhaps there is some Poodle in there also? She is very outgoing and fun, being the first one to wrestle and rough house with her siblings.

Ariel is a curious girl who loves to run and play. She is the second largest in the litter. This baby girl loves her human attention and kisses. She is a lover!

Ariel is as house-trained as a 10-week-old pup can be and will need her humans to continue her good work. She has been fostered in a home with exposure to kids (4-16 yrs old), 3 large cats, 2 large breed dogs and 2 small breed dogs and does great with them.

If you think Ariel would be the perfect addition to your family please read on to find out how to apply to be her adopter.

All potential adopters are expected to complete an application and provide pictures of their yard, patio, and/or balcony making sure we can see the fence line and/or railing. The application can be completed and submitted from our website - throwmeabonedogrescue.org - the link is found of the Adoption Process page. Applications will be reviewed for approval before setting an appointment to come meet and possibly adopt the dog of interest. In addition, those who live in a rental property are expected to provide proof that they are allowed to have a dog where they live.

Each of our rescued dogs has been de-wormed if necessary, de-flea'd (with topical treatment if old enough, and by medicated bath if too young), spayed/neutered, microchipped, is up to date on shots, and has been fully examined by a veterinarian. In addition, each adopted dog comes with a starter baggie of the food it has been eating, a few treats for training purposes, a rawhide chew, a lead and collar, and a folder containing pertinent records.
