Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is Barbie (HWTH#17205A). She is a Shepherd mix, DOB: 7/14/14. Barbie weighs 49 pounds and stands 21 inches at the shoulders. She and another dog (Ken) were rescued from the desert near Littlerock. They have been relinquished to Halfway to Home to find their loving Forever homes. Barbie is an extremely sweet girl who is a little timid but shows no signs of aggression. Lots of love, good-quality human companionship, and structure will go a long way in helping Barbie feel secure and build her confidence. When Barbie is comfortable in her new environment, she will need to have some daily exercise (she walks well on leash). And when she is thoroughly settled in her new home, she will benefit from positive basic obedience training to help with the bonding process. Once Barbie has bonded with her new owner, she will be a loyal and loving canine companion. Barbie is good with other dogs and is crate trained.
