Miss Lucy is a 6 year old, 27 pound Basset/Beagle mix. Lucy was surrendered to a shelter when her elderly owner could no longer care for her. Lucy is a sweet, shy, submissive mature lady. She gets along with other dogs and cats and loves kids.

Lucy’s first day in foster care:
She lives up to her reputation as a shy and submissive gal! She absolutely adores my 5 year old son Aiden. She went directly to him after her rest and then he walked her all over the yard. She gave him kisses at every stop. I got a few as well. Lucy really liked hanging out in the yard with us. She got a quick bath which wasn't her favorite thing, but she seems to want to be in our laps when we sit on the floor with her so it had to be done!
