Vela is a 1.5 year old, 6 lb terrier lady. Vela came to us from our local animal control completely terrified. She is still shy when first meeting people but opens up pretty quickly. She is a happy lady who wiggles her way around. Vela is looking for a forever home that will never abandon her again.

Texas Chihuahua Rescue is based in San Antonio, Texas. All of our adoptable dogs are located in the San Antonio area. Additional photos and videos will be made available to potential adopters upon approval of our online adoption application. Transport arrangements will be made upon application approval and completion of the adoption agreement.
