Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This pretty girl is Reme! She is 8 years old and is very gentle and sweet. Reme weighs about 15 pounds. Reme is spayed, micro chipped, up to date on all her shots and is heartworm negative. She was surrendered by her owner who could not take care of her anymore. As you can see from her photos, she is sad and desperately wants a home of her own. The ideal home for Reme would be one where there are no other dogs or cats. She would be ok with children who are respectful of her. Reme is very playful and loving. Her original owner says that she is an escape artist, so her adopter would need to have a good privacy fence. Chain link or electronic fencing won’t work for Reme. She is afraid of thunderstorms and would love someone to cuddle with when it rains. She has a little bit of separation anxiety so she will need an owner who is patient with her as she learns to trust again. Reme loves to go on walks and is great on a leash and will make a great walking buddy! She is also crate trained and house trained. Reme is a loving and devoted JRT and will make a great companion! If you would like to make Reme a part of your family forever, and love her from now on, visit the Houston Humane Society at 14700 Almeda Road Houston, Texas 77053 or call 713-433-6421.
