Jackson's Story...
My name's Jackson. I'm bursting with Lab love & kisses. You see, I've never gotten much attention, so I'm very grateful for lots of hugs. How I long for a family to call my own. I'm 2.5 years old & a big boy at 90 lbs. True to my Lab heritage, I've got a wonderful temperament. I was raised with children & adore them. Everything about me is happy, outgoing & joyful. I'm a devoted boy who will sit close to you. If you want to play--that's great because I'm very good at that. I'm healthy & so sweet. I've been neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested. If you're my new best friend, please contact for an adoption application to be my forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jackson, a Radford Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Radford, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Radford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Radford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Radford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Radford paves the way for another one to be saved.
