Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Trooper is a two year-old sweet brindle/white male American mix puppy with a birthdate of mid-April 2015. Trooper is medium sized, weighing about 50 pounds. At about 2 months of age, Trooper was rescued from a local shelter with a broken left femur; with the assistance of Denton Animal Shelter Foundation (DASF), Trooper received care and his leg has healed as well as possible. He does not have full use of his left rear leg, but he did not have to lose it. He loves people and other animals, even cats! He is one sweet dog! If you feel that your family can give little Trooper the forever home he deserves, he would love to meet you!
***IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ- Due to the nature of our adoption process, our fosters are only able to consider forever families within a reasonable driving distance of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. A vet reference and trial adoption will be done before finalizing the adoption. Thank you for your understanding.
