My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Kalisi. We think she is a beautiful purebred red female Doberman Pinscher. Kalisi is currently located in an adoptable kennel at the Contra Costa Animal shelter in Martinez.

Kalisi has been temp tested and passed her test with flying colors. Here is a short note in what one staff member said about her:

I spent some time with her today and she was very easy to take out and back into her kennel on a leash. She knew sit and took treats pretty gently. She saw several dogs passing by and never reacted once. She seemed like a fairly mellow dog.

The shelter staff has estimated her age at about 7 yrs old; just a guess. You can see that her ears are cropped and we think she also has a docked tail.
