Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DOB May 1, 2015.
Izzy is polydactyl, meaning she has extra toes! These toes come in handy when she's playing or wanting to look like she is wearing snowshoes. She will often stick her tongue out when getting a particularly good scritch.
Izzy is extremely affectionate. She loves to give hugs when you return to the home, and has a wonderful time rolling around in laps while getting a scratch. She is only two years old, so she still has a playful side, but is often happy just to sit and cuddle.
Izzy gets along with the big seven year old boy cats in her foster home relatively well. She likes to punch them when they aren't looking, but she can get tense if they get mad at one of her kittens. There is no reason for her to have any problems with other cats, especially when she is no longer living with her kittens. Izzy has only met dogs while being in a carrier which she did not enjoy; in time she may get used to a calm friendly dog.
Izzy is gentle but can get rowdy and try to lightly nibble fingers. It's best to have a toy on hand to switch with, especially around younger children.
Her foster family shares: "Izzy had a rough go after she gave birth to her six babies. She got an infection from a kitten who unfortunately didn't make it and had to have surgery which ultimately saved her life. She has been an amazing mom to her kittens even after she could no longer let them nurse. Izzy deserves a home where she will be loved and pampered for the rest of her life." Adopt this beauty and welcome her into your family.
