I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Jack's Info...

I am already neutered, a special needs pet, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.

Jack's Story...
Had no choice but to get these 2 before something happened to them by the idiot who owned them who didn't want them and abused them. They are temporarily with a friend who has a lot of cats but willing to help short term. Jack was not so traumatized from the abuse as Colby is. But Colby is coming around with love and attention and knowing no one is going to hurt him. Colby looks to Jack to make sure everything is okay before he ventures forward.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jack, a Golsboro American Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Golsboro, or seeking a American Shorthair cat from a breeder in Golsboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Golsboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Golsboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Golsboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
