Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Pi! A sassy senior with lots of love and life to share with a forever family! Pi was a stray in a high kill shelter in southern Indiana where she would most certainly have died if not for Rover Rescue stepping up and saving this sweet girl. Pi is a female 8-10 yr spayed poodle. She weighs all 9 lbs. this girl at one time had her very own home because she is housebroken. She has foster siblings, both cats and dogs and gets along with both. Every once in awhile she will chase the cat. She LOVES attention and wants to be by her people all the time. She curls up on her foster mom and dad's lap while watching TV. Pi gets excited if she knows she's going for a walk. Show her the leash and she is racing you to the front door. Pi is not a flight risk and walks perfectly next to her mom and dad. She is great in the car, but will try to sit on your lap while you drive. Pi loves to sleep in the bed with her foster parents but is also perfectly happy snoozing in her own bed too. She has a gentle soul and perfect disposition.
Pi does have congestive heart failure. She is on medication to control it. And will be on medication for the rest of her life. This should not define her. Many will not finish reading her bio strictly due to her condition. But they are missing out on an incredibly awesome dog. Pi is a WONDERFUL senior that deserves a loving home where she will be spoiled. She has so much love in her and wants to share it with the world. Come meet Pi. Everyone she meets falls madly in love with her. She knows how to turn on the charm. If you would like to meet this dog please call Teri at 630-897-7454. The adoption fee is $75.
