I am housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
7/24/17- Jodie is a 2-3 year old Boxer mix who was rescued with her 5 puppies. Jodie wandered up to a man's house when she was pregnant. It was obvious that someone had poured something hot along her back at some point. Jodie is a super sweet girl, who appears to be housebroken. She gets along with the other dogs in her foster home. She is up to date on shots and will be spayed prior to adoption.
We are a small 501c3 non-profit rescue group. We do not have a shelter facility. All of our dogs live in foster homes until adopted and can be met on an appointment-only basis once we have received an adoption application.
Please understand that it is the obligation of PAWS volunteers to place our animals in optimum homes. Many of our animals have been injured and/or abused. We must insure that they are not placed into traumatic situations again.
We are rescue-friendly. If you work with a rescue and are interested in helping some of our dogs, please contact our Adoption/Rescue Coordinator, Leanne Britton @ 901-489-2470.
Our Adoption Process...
Our adoption fee is $150 which covers spay/neuter, heartworm testing, rabies, distemper, parvo vaccinations and deworming.
Our adoption process includes a completed application, vet reference and in some cases a home visit.
We are rescue friendly and work with PETS Transport (www.petsllc.net). Rescues are responsible for making transport arrangements and covering associated transport fees.
Humane America Animal Foundation, dba Adopt-a-Pet.com, is a non-profit, tax-deductible 501(c)(3) adoption advertising charity. Our mission (and passion) is to help
