"Hudson"'s Story...
Meet "Hudson" he is a extrodinairely handsome 2-3 yr old "Border Terrier" he weighs 30 pounds, and is low, to non shedding. Hudson is a ideal candidate for a easy going, dog loving semi - active adult home. Or a family with dog respectful, calm children over the age of 12 yrs old. Hudson is a rescue dog, and all rescue dogs will need time to acclimate. His success is dependant on the positive dedication of his adopter (s) Hudson is sweet, walks gently on a leash, knows a few commands, such as sit and catch a treat.
Hudson is gentle, but gets a bit guarded with other dogs with treats, and food. Hudson is doing great in foster care and is excited to see his foster mom walk in the door.
loves walks and will require daily walking, exercise and play time. He has moderate energy and requires daily walks, socialization and play time. Hudson is quiet, loves to cuddle and is a gentle boy. He would benefit from a basic training class to establish bonding with his person, and recall. He is a excelkent listener, and loves affection. He would be a good solo dog or with a dog that matches his energy. Excellent dog for a family or person with or without another dog (s) Adoption fee 675 includes neuter, deworming, all current vaccines, rabies, microchip, 30 day free pet insurance and 15 min training consult per request.
Hudson will need a trip to the groomer every 7 weeks, to keep him tidy and to trim nails and express anal glands. If away from home longer than 4 hours a dog walker or potty breaker needs to be in place. A structured - fully fenced yard, is required. If a home owner. Basic obedience class required to ensure bonding and recall. We never know the dogs past and each require additional love or training.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

"Hudson", a Seattle Border Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Border Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Border Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
