Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cooper arrived a few months ago and was immediately selected to be one of Friendship's famous Prison Dogs. His family had too many pets in the family and surrendered him to Friendship to find a new home. He does not like cats. This sweet 8 year old Black Lab mix has spent 12 weeks at the Grafton Correctional Institute being trained in basic obedience and commands, proper leash walking, house training and manners. Cooper is now a proud Prison Graduate and available for adoption at Friendship.
If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
