My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet girl is Luka. She's a 2.5 year old adorable Shepherd mix. Luka was adopted awhile back and returned. She was then selected to participate in Friendship's Prison Training Program. Luka has spent the past few months at the Grafton Correctional Institute being training in basic obedience and commands. house training, proper leash walking and manners. Luka is now a proud Prison Graduate. Luka is back at Friendship and available for immediate adoption. Luka was recently adopted and doing very well in the home. Unfortunately the owner lived in an apartment and the landlord would not let him keep the dog. Luka is now looking for a new home.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
