Snickers's Info...

I am already spayed, a special needs pet, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, and good with kids.

Snickers's Story...

Snickers is an independent cat. Her previous owner had her declawed and spayed. I have had her for 2 years now and she is up to date on her shots. In the pictures you see how she looks when her hair grows to full length and then recently we had her shaved because of the heat, which is why she may look different.
Snickers is a persian, she is high maintenance. She has eye allergies which requires her face to be constantly wiped every day, otherwise it will become dry and hard to remove. If her hair gets too long and she isn't brushed, her hair gets matted, meaning she gets knots in her fur that are very uncomfortable for her, and very hard to get out.
I have a 5 year old and a 1 year old, as well as another cat in the house, and they get along just fine, but that being said, Snickers doesn't really play or interact with anyone, she just sleeps and ignores them.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Snickers, a Plumas Lake Persian cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Persian for sale in Plumas Lake, or seeking a Persian cat from a breeder in Plumas Lake.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plumas Lake already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plumas Lake breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Persian breeders who help with Persian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plumas Lake paves the way for another one to be saved.
