Our sweet and calm puppy, Toby, needs to find his forever home! Toby is such a calm, laid back puppy who loves to relax and watch the birds fly by. Don't get us wrong, he enjoys chasing down a tennis ball, but his favorite activity is being plopped down in the grass with a nice bone to chew on. Toby LOVES getting his belly rubbed ~ it's the quickest way to his heart! When his mom gets home from work, Toby's tail starts wagging at 100mph and he gets a big smile on his face. Toby is a very intelligent puppy. He was the first of his siblings to become potty trained and has the best puppy manners. He sleeps incredibly well in his kennel and it's not uncommon to find him snoozing away willingly in it. Toby isn't much of a chewer and walks great on a leash. Does Toby sound like the perfect match for you? We sure hope so!
Toby and his siblings were rescued after being found as tiny pups stuffed into a cardboard box and abandoned at a city park in Southern Oklahoma. They came to Dolly's Legacy looking to find a better life where they will never again go unloved. We are proud to be a part of their journey to find the forever families they deserve.
Toby is a Black Lab/mix pup who weighs 25 lbs and was born approximately 3/3/17. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative and dewormed. Adoption fee is $300. The FIRST step is to have you complete our online adoption application. All adoption appointments are scheduled AFTER your application has been approved. Preference is given to those with a verifiable veterinary reference, home ownership & fenced yard, although generally not required. Home ownership is verified through court records. If you are a renter, you must provide landlord contact information.
