Tigger's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Tigger's Story...
Tigger is a 1 year old Dutch Shepherd mix dog. He is extremely SMART, and per his breed, very loyal and dedicated to his human. Tigger is assertive with other dogs and will only tolerate another submissive dog. He would probably do best at being the only dog in the home. However he is great with children and cats! Tigger is house trained, crate trained, and he rarely barks. He is current on all vaccinations including worming and heartworm preventative and he has been neutered. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tigger, a Brattleboro Dutch Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dutch Shepherd for sale in Brattleboro, or seeking a Dutch Shepherd dog from a breeder in Brattleboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brattleboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brattleboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dutch Shepherd breeders who help with Dutch Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brattleboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
