Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rosita is a beautiful 3-year old female Chihuahua who arrived at the HSOV on July 30, 2017 after a Good Samaritan found her on Slaughter House Hill in the Marietta Ohio area and brought her to the safety of our shelter. She and her companions (Chaquita and Pedro) were enjoying a Sunday outing and were in danger of being struck by traffic :(
Rosita has a shiny black short smooth coat with a small patch of white on her chest,, a long tail, and a classic Chihuahua face with large erect ears. This little beauty has a sweet disposition and was a social 'flutterby' while she had her glamour photos taken :) Rosita was easily distracted by all of the new sights, scents, and activity in the distance as volunteers were walking other dogs.
Rosita is a petite little lady who weighs 9.2 lbs.
In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code, Rosita will be held for three days so that her family will have an opportunity to come and reclaim her. She will be available for adoption on August 2, 2017 if that happy reunion does not take place.
