Here's what the humans have to say about me:
UPDATE - 11 MAY 2017: Weaver is a very mellow, easy-going dog. He has a gentle and quiet nature which makes him easy to manage and teach. He pretty much does whatever our other dogs do. He loves people and likes to follow us all over the house and explore wherever he goes. He will sit in the living room quietly as long as he has a comfortable space of his own. Weaver likes the outdoors as much as any beagle, but when he's inside he's a regular couch potato. He is a handsome fellow and is cutely bow-legged! He keeps his crate clean and has only had a few accidents outside the crate. He is calm to transport in the car and walks nicely on leash.
Overall, Weaver is a very loving and submissive dog who likes but does not demand attention. We think he would be very good with other pets and with children. Weaver has the sweetest disposition and is happiest when he's relaxing with people. More than anything, he just wants to be your loyal companion!
First impressions: Weaver is a 7- to 8-year-old male. He's friendly and very happy to have a comfortable place to sleep and regular meals. He gets along with other dogs and was a stray at the Madison County Animal Shelter so his history is unknown. Stay tuned as we get to know Weaver better!
