Elliot is a male Poodle/Maltese mix approximately 2 1/2 years old. He has been professionally groomed and his curly white coat is non-shedding. Elliot has a shorter summer cut at the moment, but his coat will grow out longer if allowed. Elliot is a big boy, weighing 20 pounds full grown. His ideal weight is probably closer to 25 pounds making him approaching a medium sized dog. He is very interactive, intelligent, and interested in what his humans are doing. His attentive nature makes him highly trainable since he seems to always be watching you for commands. Elliot is very eager for approval and loves attention. He wants to be loved and is affectionate by nature. He was rescued from a hoarding situation where he was utterly neglected. As a result, Elliot truly craves human contact and wants to be included as a valued family member. He has a kind heart and a sweet personality. Elliot has a good amount of energy for longer walks, hikes, trips to the park or the dog beach, and he will thrive with this kind of activity. He walks great on leash and rides well in the car. He is ready and eager to experience life to the fullest after his miserable past. Elliot is good with children and is a great size for a family. With love and stability, we think he will be a truly outstanding pet. He has a lot to offer and tons of potential. Elliot is excellent with other dogs and does enjoy playing and romping around. He's a great boy! Elliot has been vet checked and is very healthy. He is ready for his new forever home today!
Elliot’s adoption donation is $475 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
