My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Perdita #6616 is a 3-year-old female, Chow/Cattle Dog mix. This young lady is very sweet. She is housebroken, crate and kennel trained. She is ok with dogs when introduced properly, she does not like cats. She is good on a leash, knows basic commands and loves being with you. She is can be energetic or laid back. She is good with kids, sometimes a little shy around men. She does have a little separation anxiety and must be crated when left alone. She came to us with a litter of puppies and Heartworms. Her puppies have been adopted and she has gone through her treatment and is ready for a home of her own! It is very important that she and all dogs be kept on heartworm preventative. She weighs 55 pounds and is full grown. This pup is microchipped. We believe you can always teach an ‘old’ dog new tricks so we highly recommend continued obedience training for this smart pup; it stimulates the dog's mind and establishes a good dog/adopter relationship.
