My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kristie wandered into someone's yard in Jefferson county, limping badly. The lady was so kind as to give her a safe place to stay while she tried to find an owner. Several days later, no owner was found. When she called me, she wondered if Kristie's leg was broken. I took her to my vet immediately, had her xrayed and what we found was that her pelvis had been broken at one time and healed poorly. Now that I've had her for a month, there is barely a hitch in her giddy up. Not sure what the deal was with that but she is no longer limping like when she came. She's a sweet little thing. We think that she is 4ish years old, she weighs 8 pounds and likes to be held. She gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home with no issues ever. Kristie is spayed, up to date on all shots, heartworm negative, on heartworm/flea preventive, microchipped and has had a dental cleaning. Her adoption fee is $250.
