Lucy's Story...
Woof Woof!! My name is Lucy and I am a sweet little puppy. My siblings and I were born underneath an 83 year old ladies house. She was no longer able to care for us so my siblings and I are at the shelter. I love to play with my brothers and I love to snuggle. I am now looking for my forever family. Please consider me for your newest family member. My mom is the last picture so you will know what she looks like.

Act quickly to adopt Lucy. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lucy, a Oakville Jack Russell Terrier/Feist puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Feist for sale in Oakville, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Feist puppy from a breeder in Oakville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oakville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oakville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Feist breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Feist rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oakville paves the way for another one to be saved.
