My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oh Junior, what a little cutie pie you are! Sweet Junior, all 8 pounds of him, is a Yorkshire Terrier who will be celebrating his 10th birthday in September. Changes at home brought him to our care and although he was a little aloof at first, he has now settled in quite nicely with his foster family.

Junior will be most suitable for a quiet adult home. He’s not a demanding little fellow and is not a big barker, but would prefer not to be left alone for more than 5 hours at a time. Junior is clean in the house and enjoys going for walks but also loves exploring in the backyard.

Junior has been thoroughly checked out at the vet and has a slight thyroid condition that requires inexpensive daily medication. This little guy will make a wonderful companion for the right adopter. Please complete an adoption questionnaire on our website if you’re interested in offering Junior his forever home. Junior will also be at our next adoption day at Mon Ami in Kirkland on Saturday, August 12.

All Kiko dogs have been examined by a veterinarian, vaccinated, dewormed and tested for heartworm (if deemed necessary), microchipped, sterilized, and require an adoption fee of $400 ($300 for senior dogs and $125 for cats) and an adoption contract.
