Penelope (8 ½) and Freud (7) are more than best friends…they are mom and son! This wonderful pair of golden retrievers is looking for a forever family. They are 2 of the sweetest dogs ever. They both have good house manners and are potty trained. They are smart and treat motivated, and learned to use the doggie door at their foster home very quickly. It doesn’t appear they have had any obedience training, so they would benefit by taking a class with their new family. Both dogs are Velcro and are happy following their human(s) around. They also will give you a paw to make sure you don’t stop petting them. They do pull on leash, and are quite strong, so their future family should be willing to work with them on that as well. They do great with other dogs and with kids. If you are looking for 2 amazing dogs to share your life with, look no further!
