Edie is a complete sweetheart with people! We met her about 6 months ago hanging around the local chicken to-go stand looking for lunch. She has adapted well to living indoors, loves fishing rod toys, chasing bugs, and taking naps in the sun rays. She is about 1-2 years old, has had a full checkup with a vet and has a clean bill of health—including all shots, microchip, and spay.
Edie seems to get along with most of the other animals in our home (multiple cats and a dog); unfortunately, she is bullied constantly by one of our other cats and, despite our best efforts to isolate them and then reintroduce them slowly, Edie and the bully cat cannot get along. Even seeing the bully cat at the other end of the hall upsets Edie, and she becomes very defensive and hides. As much as we adore her, we feel that continuing to live in our home is unfair to her. We hope to find her a relaxing forever home that has the time to give her all the playtime and cuddles this little lovebug desires!
