Important Note

The Caped Coconut is best friends with Lt Licorice. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!
Coco had 12 hrs left to live or was going to be euthanized at a kill-shelter and we just couldn't let that happen to this sweet, gentle, playful female kitten. What makes her even more special is her brother, Lt Licorice, looks just like her, only in black and white and he's just as sweet and affectionate as his sister.

What's better than 1 adorable kitten, how about twins?

Normally our adoption fee is $175/kitten, fully vetted, microchipped and they come with a coupon for 2-months of pet insurance, but if adopted together, the fee for BOTH Licorice AND Coco is only $225, which is a huge savings for double the love and double the fun! (see Lt Licorice's petfinder ad for more on him).

If you'd like to know more about Coco, visit our web site at http://www.kittenassociates.org where you can fill out a Pre-Adoption Application you'll find on our Adopt Page.

Our Adoption Process...

How to Adopt from Kitten Associates in 4 Easy Steps:
• Fill out a Pre-Adoption form. It doesn’t obligate you to adopt from us, but rather gives us a way to get to know you better and help you find your perfect feline match.
• Once we receive your completed form, one of our adoption counselors will review the information and contact you with any questions or comments. Our goal is to do this within one to three business days of receiving your application.
• Kitten Associates may request a home visit, where we can meet your family and help determine if one or more of our available cats is a great a fit for your lifestyle. We understand you have a busy schedule, so we can set up a time that works for you, including some weekend and evening hours.
• Next, you and your family will get to meet the kitten or cat of your dreams at one of our K.A. foster homes, usually located in Newtown, CT or in a nearby town. Since we do same day adoptions, you’ll have the opportunity to take your new family member home with you after your initial meeting and after you fill out and sign our Adoption Contract and pay the Adoption Fee.
