Hi, Everybody! My name is Cha Cha and I'm a 5 year old Dusky Conure with a rather big personality. I LOVE LOVE to be with people and absolutely live for attention. My foster Daddy tells me that I make a trillion cute little noises to let you know how I am feeling at any given moment.
I also can say my name - as when my foster Daddy says it to me, I say it right back to him. Best of all when you kiss me, I will kiss you back. How's that for a GREAT way to make your day happy??
I'm a rather large conure, which means I can be pretty (OKAY VERY) loud, mostly when I am left alone and miss you. Because of this, I would not be good for an apartment, condo or townhouse.
I am use to lots and lots of attention, so the more time I can spend out of my cage with you, the better I am. I am a little skittish as my leg was hurt in my previous home. Also, I do greatly prefer women to men. If you adopt me you will have to be very patient and give me lots of time to get use to you and my new family.
My foster family says that I am SUPER affectionate, especially towards my favorite person, usually a female. But I can also be stubborn at times and give you a scary nip when I don't want to leave you. My foster parronts say that with some training, lots of love, patience and of course, trust, this action should go away. So, to be safe, a home with children would NOT be a good fit for me at this time.
My food of choice, is Fruit Blend Supreme. My foster parronts also give me fresh fruits and veggies. YUMMY!!! But I will eat most anything, especially if it is what you are eating!!! LOL!!! (remember though, avocado and chocolate are deadly to parrots!)
I would be a wonderful and entertaining companion to whomever would adopt me. I know you would love all of my funny quirks and the things I can do to make you laugh. Wouldn't you like to adopt me and give me my FOREVER home??

An avian veterinarian has properly vetted all birds before they are placed up for adoption. Adoption fees include the bird's cage IF the bird has a cage - most do, but please ask!
