My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ADOPT ANGELICA PICKLES and HER ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED!
ANGELICA PICKLE’s Adoption Fee ($125) has been paid for by a generous member of her fan club, so if you adopt Angelica Pickles, the fee will be waived!

Angelica, or Angie for short, has lived most of her young life in a kennel having transferred to us from another shelter. Stunningly beautiful, she is also slightly introverted as compared to some of our larger than life block heads. A thinker and possibly an over-thinker, she has no questions about people, she’s a fan and a favorite with our dog walking volunteers. Easy to collar and walk, she loves using her nose to explore mole holes in the park. We think canine nose work (scent detection) would be a great activity for Angie. We have tried introducing Angie to other dogs at the shelter, but she’s become overwhelmed during those intros and we have stopped doing them for her sake. Angie does, however, love individual play with a person and what a joy it is to see her zoom around the room playfully with a toy or ball in her mouth. Angie is ready to leave the shelter behind and enjoy the good life in a caring home.

The staff and volunteers of Berkeley Animal Care Services think that Angelica Pickles has a personality of World Class Wiggler.
