My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Tinker! She is a dark brown tabby. Tinker is an extremely playful kitten who has a lot of energy and she craves affection. Tinker loves company; she loves to be held and snuggled and enjoys taking long naps right on your lap. Tinker is very fast, she loves to run! One of her favorite things to do besides eating is playing with her sister Belle. She is also cat and dog friendly.

Behaviorally and socially, it’s best to adopt kittens in pairs, or into a home with a playful cat. Kittens really need a playmate in their forever home…and then they can play and snuggle while you're not home. At this time, we are requiring that Tinker be adopted with her sister Belle because they are a truly bonded pair.

If you are only interested in adopting a single kitten, and you’re home most of the day, and able to spend interactive time with a kitten, we will consider adopting out a kitten older than 4 months. Each foster home knows the kitten’s personalities best, and we follow their recommendations for single placements.

Starting 9/28/17, you can meet Tinker at her new foster home, Wilmette Pet Center, 625 Green Bay Rd., 7 days a week during normal store hours. (www.wilmettepetcenter.com, 847-251-6750). Although she is so sweet you will want to take her home on the spot, you will need to submit an application.

Tinker’s estimated date of birth is 5/16/17. Her adoption fee of $140.00 includes her vet exam, FVRCP vaccinations, FIV & Feline Leukemia testing (neg), routine deworming, microchip and spay.
