Additional info:

This incredible looking dog was dropped at the shelter by his family. He is an extremely happy, loving and playful guy when he feels safe and comfortable. He can be a bit scared around new people and gets jumpy with loud noises. We expect him to settle down now that he is no longer in the shelter. He gets along very well with other dogs. Blue would appreciate a little help in learning how to walk on the leash. He's ready for his new home right now.
