My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Amelia is a household favorite. She had a rough start- she was left on our vets doorstep over 4th of July weekend, a tiny 3 week old kitten trapped in a box with no holes, the lid held down with tomato paste in 95 degree heat and a raging eye infection.
Much to everyone's surprise she persevered; battling through dehydration, infection and starvation she proved her will to live was mightier than her size. Unfortunately she will never have perfect vision in her right eye, but it doesn't bother her one bit. The same spunky personality that helped her survive shows through everyday- playing with the other kittens no matter what size they are, leaping out from around corners to stage spring attacks on unsuspecting feet, or sprinting down the hallway at full speed when she hears the can of cat food crack open. She is full of life and happiness, completely unafraid of the unknown, and ready to take on the world.
She will need a special home- someone who can keep her safe but let her independent nature shine through. She loves to snuggle next to you, but she isn't a "lap cat".

She does great will all of our cats, kittens, dogs and kids. She will walk into your house and act as if she's always been there.
She is truly a special kitten
